The Brain Dragon, officially known as the Elder Brain Dragon, is one of the most terrifying aberrant creatures in Dungeons & Dragons. Introduced in Spelljammer: Adventures in Space for Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition, this monstrosity is created when an Mind Flayer colony’s Elder Brain takes control of a dragon’s corpse—or sometimes a living dragon—transforming it into a grotesque fusion of draconic power and psionic horror.

Unlike a typical dragon, the Brain Dragon’s head is split open and overtaken by a massive, exposed, pulsating brain, its flesh warped and tentacles writhing where horns or frills once stood. Its scales often appear slick, veined, or partially decayed, giving it a disturbing undead quality. Though it retains the imposing size and wings of a dragon, its true weapon is not fire or frost—but overwhelming psychic force.

This model was sculpted by the masters at Rescale Miniatures and is part of the Rite of the Ancient Order Immortalis

campaign.

The boss comes in 3 different sizes.

75mm Base (Huge - Adult): The standard "Adult Dragon" size for D&D 5e.

100mm Base (Gargantuan - Ancient): Represents an "Ancient" Silver Dragon, dominating the battlefield.

130mm Base (Colossal - Great Wyrm): A terrifying, table-covering deity of frost and justice.

For our resin prints we use the best high quality mix for our models. This model will come in pieces with the supports removed as best we could. Some minor clean up might be needed for the model as you are putting your masterpiece together.
